This episode reminded me why I like SoA more than Breaking Bad, it's the relationships and the character growth involved. Breaking Bad is essentially just the dehumanization of Walter White. |
I actually agree with this, though that's completely ignoring Jesse Pinkman who is one of the all-time great characters.
But Sons has such an awesome, deep cast of characters who I've become extremely attached to. Jax, Opie, Clay, Gemma, Tara, Tig, Juice, Chibs, Unser, Pope, Bobby, etc. I don't know if there's another show on TV that has as many good characters (maybe Game of Thrones).
BB is a better show, but I definitely enjoy Sons as much as anything on TV.

Jesse has evolved as the show went on, but his connection with WW is odd at the best of times. WW thinks of him like family one moment, and then flies off the deep end when he can't control him the next. There is a connection there, but a thin one. I don't find the character all that extraoridinary really, other than being able to say the word for a female dog with many interesting variations.

Boyd Crowder must have some sort of deal with FX, haha, he is on like every show they ever made.
Good funny episode, not to mention alot actually happend towards the plot too.

Yeah and didn't Jax say it's not black because Pope would've stopped it. I have a feeling Roosevelt is going to go to the club and see one of the Nomads with scratches on his neck then flip out. Why are the even doing the break-ins in the first place? All the Sons got mad money so what are the looking for?
Pretty good episode. When the tranny walked in I was like Whhhaaatttt that's Walter Goggins. Then Tig checking him/her out the entire time was hilarious.
