Kind of a random thread, but what's your opinion(s) on the current jersey? Is there a specific jersey all time you like the most? Would you want to change?

I personally dislike the current jerseys. There's too much going on and they're far too bright. They're almost pink. I like solid, simple jerseys the most, specifically the Raiders.

I wonder if there's a chance that we'll switch jerseys after the new stadium. I absolutely love the throwback purples we have.

With the NFL switching to Nike Jerseys this year, has there been any change in how much teams can wear throwbacks?

I'd like to see us wear them again soon. I'm guessing if we are allowed though, it won't be until we play the Lions, Packers or Bears (oh my!).

Honestly, I really dislike the current jerseys. Especially the yellow collar, and how it stops half-way.

Hate the current jerseys.

Guess I'll have to inject my perfunctory statement that I actually like the newer style jerseys... although not a fan of Nike's collar, with the front third of it in purple. Don't know what the heck they were thinking with that.

I can understand the point of view that maybe the new jerseys are a bit too "busy" or have too much white in them, but in general I like that it's a more modern style than the throwbacks. I could see ditching some of the white on the flanks of the purple jersey, and instead just having gold piping going up the sides (with purple where it's currently white); I think that might be something of an improvement. Maybe narrowing a bit of the white stripes on the shoulders, but I don't think I'd do away with that completely...
