The pic you chose is good..however a bit LQ...maybe shrink it down a bit to get more of Fletch's wing in. I'd ditch the text, or use a more interesting one. Border and filter are really a preference thing, border is fine maybe went a little heavy on the filter/overlay though. Couple tweaks really.

Thanks Kilt, appreciate the candor. Too bad the only pic I could find of them two was only 400 pixels wide to begin with. I'll give it a try again later and see what I can come up with.
