And his release is ungodly slow. And his footwork is poor. Plus hos arm strength, while good, is not elite. He's a nice stopgap, but not something I wanna be sporting the next 4 years. _________________

Russell Wilson is turning out to be a great AND terrible thing for us. He spoiled us a little too much. _________________

With proper coaching, he's more than a stopgap. Unfortunately, we don't have proper coaching. _________________

I really don't mind Stave at all. He's young so he obviously still has a lot of developing to do, and I think he's doing fine being that these are his first few career games. He's got to speed up his release a little, and also not lock on to one guy at a time, which he hardly did today which is good. |

One of my least favorite Badgers QB's was Tolzien (for this reason) and he is in the NFL... I give up on saying who is a good QB and not
Still dont know how he made it to the NFL... |

Pretty much just because he was accurate and smart, really had no other desirable QB traits. He's lucky as hell he got harbaugh has a head coach or he'd be out of the league. |

Ball is 4 TDs away from tying the FBS rushing TD record (Travis Prentice, 73) and 9 from tying the Total TD record (Travis Prentice, 78).
Hope he gets it them both. _________________

Me too, it'll have made this season worth it for him. He may suffer a huge drop in draft for all this mileage but at least he has an opportunity to go down in NCAA history... Still feed bad for him though. |

Russell Wilson is turning out to be a great AND terrible thing for us. He spoiled us a little too much. | Not comparing him to Wilson, but even if you compare him to Tolzein, Tolzein was accurate enough to manage the game.
Stave can't even do that effectively, since he's missed multiple 3rd and medium throws.
He's a RS FR and I'm happy we have him, and I think he should be starting this year over DOB, but he's not a long term solution. _________________
