ESPN.com's Dan Graziano wrote:
I think [Kendricks is] fantastic. I haven't re-watched the game yet, but I have to believe he's a big reason Martellus Bennett was limited for the first time this year. People got upset with me for putting Kendricks on the all-division team last week over DeMarcus Ware because Ware has so many sacks. But it's not Kendricks' job to get sacks, and Kendricks is doing his job as well as any defensive player in the division right now.

High praise for my dude MK from a reporter who follows the entire NFCE. Good first month of the season for our rookie SAM.

Well Phillip Hunt is generating pressure I guess. No sack yet. Just wait until later in the year.

Shouldn't we all be updating our trackers each week for our adopted players? I'm calling social services if this doesn't change. Cool

Kendricks ended yesterday's game with 3 solo tackles and 1 pass deflection. He did miss a key tackle one-on-one vs Mendenhall that resulted in their only TD, however. He needed to get him down on that play.

Season Totals:
16 solo tackles
1 Tackle for Loss
3 Pass Deflections

Kendricks had a rough drive that Mendenhall scored on, though you expect bumps in the road for rookies.

Has any other defensive rookie been playing lights out like Kendricks?

Oh and Phillip Hunt had like nothing going for him.

Also when Casey Matthews went in, how did he do? I saw two consecutive plays where he was in on the tackle.

Kendricks tallied 4 solo tackles yesterday, and did a solid job in coverage. Better showing this week than last.

DRC had no INT's which is the only way to measure CB skills. He did have a nice hit/tackling, which is not something we get to see often.

Is it too late to pick Cliff Harris or Phillip Thomas?
