i'm try to live pretty much without meat, but i eat turkey probably 3 times a week and i do enjoy a good burger on the weekend.
i'm just worried about protein if i ever make the complete jump. i workout so i need lots of protein. i know the obvious sources, but i need some other maybe lesser known ones.
tofu is a good source i hear, also maybe meatless burgers from morningstar or boca? don't want to eat a ton of soy though. |
I've had Boca Burgers before, they were edible _________________

yea i know exactly. that's why i don't want much of it.
that's what will keep me from never becoming a full vegetarian, just not enough good protein sources. like i said, i know all the obvious ones, but it's just not enough overall. _________________

When I was younger my mom got A LOT of Morningstar products. From what I can remember they weren't terrible, but I haven't had them in 10+ years. _________________
