Or take that option out of his mind an call a dive and let him "power" in from a yard. Hell, just fall forward and it's a TD.
Have you ever seen a deliberate move from Shady ever? I love him but he's a dancer. He should never be given options when it's 3rd and short or on the 1 yardline. |
Come on bro, he literally juked kenny phillips so bad that he hurt him. He is legendary. |
Love him. He's my top 10 favorite Eagles. But that's 1st and 10 from the 50. Not 1st and goal from the 1. |
He's scored 18 touchdowns in the red-zone since the start of last season. And last year with McCoy getting a VAST majority of the carries we were one of the most effective short yardage and power teams in the NFL. |
So, then why the 3 BS sweep calls? |
Because our offensive line and full back are probably the smallest in the league and we're incapable of bullying a defense for one yard and creating a push? |
Our team can't push a yard in three downs we got some problems. Not that you aren't making a point with this O-line, but that's some serious football and testicular fortitude problems. _________________

Shady never had that luxury. |
Just imagine if he did, he'd be putting up all-time seasons with that OL. |
LeSean is a better fit for the ZBS than the Big Boy scheme we used with those guys.
You hate on Marty and Andy for dumb playcalling and I'm right with you there, but come on... They ran the ball 3 straight time, that's on the Oline/Shady.
I think we should either spread them out and have Vick do a QB draw or feed Shady. _________________

How is this even possible? We got the edge way too often and easily vs them in the 2nd half. _________________

LeSean McCoy has made the Giants his personal whipping post for three years now and they "underestimated" his speed? What an idiot.
LeSean McCoy is already one of the most successful runners in the history of the game against the New York Giants. Only Emmit Smith, Jim Brown, OJ Anderson, Larry Brown and John Henry-Johnson have more 100 yards game against the Giants in the history of the NFL than LeSean McCoy. And you're underestimating his speed?
LeSean McCoy has 759 yards from scrimmage and 6 TDs in 7 games against the Giants. Beast. |

Imagine how that line would look with Vick under center and Westy and Shady interchanging. Add Leonard Weaver to that equation. OMG Who said you need WRs to win SBs. Psssh _________________

Crazy that we've probably had the two closest things to Barry Sanders since Barry Sanders. |

| Westbrook only had moves in the open field. Really, Westbrook was mostly an open field runner and pretty ordinary carrying the ball if the hole wasn't where it was supposed to be. Once he got into the open field or a broken field he became special. |

Especially considering how they switched run fit roles with the DE and OLB trying to contain. They attempted to make an adjustment so obviously he was aware. _________________

Steven Jackson, RB for the St. Louis Rams was given permission to void his final year of his contract. Which pretty much means he could be a FA this upcoming Free Agency period. _________________
