Very nice.
Some interesting killstreaks there.
Also some interesting perks. Going to have to research more into those.
But as things stand, I can really see myself rolling with:
SMG (liking the Chicom CQB and the Skorpion Evo III)
Suppressor
Extended Clip
Primary Gunfighters
Rapid Fire
Ghost
Perk 1 Greed
Blind Eye
Scavenger
Dead Silence
A real assassin on the battlefield, one gun only, but I should be off the radar completely and kill people.
I do play with a headset, but for what it's worth, I have great difficulty trying to sound whore, so I won't be abusing that. DS is more so I don't hear myself running everywhere.
All this is subject to change, but overall, I really like this system. I'm sure I'll have some loadouts where I'll throw in killstreaks, but for me personally, tricking out my gun and throwing on perks is the way I like to play.

Ruskie, the score-streaks don't count toward your 10. So you'll still run them.
I'm 90% scavenger will be one of my main perks since I probably will go without a secondary.

I'm going to experiment with set ups all the time. I liked the challenge of making myself not use the perks/guns/attachments that I like, and trying to figure out how to succeed with my other options. Sometimes it works well, sometimes it totally flops and I have a week of terrible games. But it's fun to force myself to completely change how I play.
I'm thinking along the same lines as you right away though, pairing Scavenger with Ghost/Ninja perks to give myself a very sneaky play style (always been my strength, flanking and getting behind the other team) that won't run out of ammo.

I wonder if Scavenger will refill your lethal and equipment if you are running them?
Blackops 1 it did, but MW3 it did not.

Most of the time in MW3 I didn't use my secondary unless people were camping together in places like the house on resistance so I would get my akimbo FMG9's out and take them out. So I don't see myself running many secondaries.
Might run with a FHJ-18 (New Stinger) to knock out enemy score-streaks, which now counts toward your own score-streaks.

3rd group of Perks are ridiculous this time.
I want 3 of them (Dead Silence, the one that makes enemy footsteps louder, and the new Hacker one that is ridiculously overpowered at the moment.)

Apparently there is a machine pistol similar to the MW2 Raffica, if it really is similar I'll use it a lot too. I like having a secondary to switch to just in case I can't finish a guy off before reloading.
Also, in this game you (supposedly) get to choose which guns to unlock first. What I've heard is that when you unlock create-a-class, you choose one of everything. So, on that level, its important to choose the best guns. From what I've seen, these seem like the best in their tiers (with comparisons from previous games, again, this is just from me watching):
Assault Rifle: M8A1 (comparison: MW2 ACR)
Shotgun: M1216
LMG: LSAT (MW2 RPD)
Sniper: DSR-50 (COD4 Barrett .50 Cal)
SMG: Skorpion EVO III (MW2 MP5K)
Pistol: B23R (MW2 M93 Raffica)

Yeah, with my Astro's I think Awareness and Dead Silence combo will be a combo I'm heavy into.
Right now I think my favorite class setup will be..
MTar (Or whatever Assault Rifle I like)
Silencer
FastMag (Or Extended mag if reload time isn't outrageous)
Hardline (Or Lightweight if it's as fast as MW3 and need to move faster with an AR)
Scavenger
Dead Silence
Awareness (With Greed Wildcard)
Semtex
Flash (Just 1 or whatever that Sensor grenade is)

Its better than that, just a similar look and recoil pattern. SMG's in this game seem to be more true to real life, great for room clearing, but no range past that.
And I think Hardline will be the best perk in the game. It takes off a percentage of what you need, so by the higher killstreaks it takes off 2, even 3 "kills" worth of points.

CoD 4 = GOAT.
WaW was bad I don't even think about it.
Was so excited for MW2, and while I really liked it, it was a bit of a disappointment.
Black Ops was so so for me. Just felt weird shooting people, but the content was great.
MW3 was the biggest let down so far.
So I haven't really played a satisfying cod since MW2. I still play Cod4 to this day
