Yeah, it's just a tad over the size limit.

Also, you should probably double check the size of your sig.

And.... animations in sigs and avatars are not permitted.

The avatar is not inappropriate as far as content, but as Ruskie said, the sizes and animations are off.

Your avatar can only be 80x80, sig 600x100. And no animations as others have said.
