I think the owner needs to enforce disipline on the coaches. We need to either choose zbs or a power blcking scheme. right now the Raiders have been fliping back and forth between the two schemes and wasting our limited draft picks with coaches cutting players that don't fit their the coaches schemes. Bruce Cambell and Joe Barksdale were boh power scheme oline men two wasted picks because of bad coaching not bad players. The Raiders can not afford to waste draft picks because of coaches changing schemes.
When a player is signed for 4 or 5 year contract that player should stay on the team not be traded or cut because of a coach wanting to change the blocking scheme. |

The problem is we let a decent starting C leave in FA, switched our starting LG to C, flipped our career RG over to the LG position, signed a new RG, and let continue to start Barnes at he RT spot...
How would we ever think believe that we would see results in our run game with all these changes? And I'm not even bringing up the scheme change. |
