More Passing Yards: Romo or Culter
More Rushing Yards: Murray/Jones or Forte/Bush
More Receptions: Dez/Miles or Marshall/Jeffery
More TDs: Witten or Davis
Sacked more: Romo or Cutler
More INTs: Dallas DB or Chi DB
More forced turnovers: Dallas Front Seven or Chi Front Seven
Most penalized team: Dallas or Chicago
Winner: Dallas or Chicago

Find me one interesting fact, refer to last weeks challenge.[/i]

My interesting fact:

The organization that eventually became the Chicago Bears, the Decatur Staleys, was originally conceived by the A. E. Staley food starch company of Decatur, Illinois, in 1919 as a company team. This was the typical start for several early professional football franchises. The company hired George Halas and Edward "Dutch" Sternaman in 1920 to run the team, and turned over full control of the team to them in 1921. However, official team and league records cite Halas as the founder as he took over the team in 1920 when it became a charter member of the NFL.

Silver League Challange:

Cowboys - 34
Bears - 21

Dallas 16

Bears 10

My challenge is fine on google. I just want some new material. I'm critically short on funny Bear pics.

Well Ace, then by all means, let me fill that void. At least it'll distract we from the beatdown the Aggies are giving my Razorbacks.

The first one, besides the obvious name similarity, has a guy holding a turtle that kinda looks like a football and a bear grilling food. Grilling goes with football like peanut butter goes with jelly, like Matts goes with midgets and like beer goes with, well, everything.

The second pic is just plain awesome. WHo wouldn't want to see a cowboy monkey try to ride a bear? How does it relate to football? I bet Jerry Jones would market the heck out of it and have it as the halftime entertainment at the Thanksgiving game.

For what it's worth. Here are the correct answers:

More Passing Yards: Romo
More Rushing Yards: Forte/Bush
More Receptions: Dez/Miles
More TDs: Witten
Sacked more: Cutler
More INTs: Chi DB
More forced turnovers: Tied
Most penalized team: Chicago

I will tabulate things at a later time.

Okay. Here is my Bye-Week Challenge.

2013 NFL Draft/Free Agency Thread II Sparkly Edition

Mock Draft Thread

Ware vs Lee

Confidence in Redball

The Scarlet Letter of A.S.

Around the NFL

There are 6 threads. You division combined needs a total of 50 posts in any random combination you choose. At least 3 of your division members need to participate. You have six days to accomplish this. Any post before Tuesday will not be counted. So it's as of today. Don't care if all 50 come from one thread or all six.

Also. No garbage posts. Most of these threads are centered around discussion. The Mock Thread you may post either your own mock or you may analyze someone else mock. The Draft/Pospect/Player thread you can provide your own input on players. This is a really simple task. It just requires participation.
