Games like today are hard to watch. But Hats off to the Texans thanks for the defensive showing Pounding Percy appreciates the 26 today in fantasy. _________________

Jake Locker to have MRI tomorrow to try to determine extent of his absence with a left shoulder injury. Looks like it could be several weeks |
 |
Hopefully he can pull a McNair and tell that injury off and play through it anyway.
Hasselbeck has regressed from last year...he's not capable of winning football games. |
I dunno, McNair probably took a lot of time off his career playing through a lot of those injuries. Sitting a couple of games might be best in this case. |
Maybe so, but McNair was injury prone regardless. If he didn't play through them, he wouldn't have had a career.
I'm fearing that's where Jake could be headed. He had some injury issues at Washington, too, if I remember right. |
Glad that its nothing structurally wrong with the shoulder like a Rotator cuff tear, but with the frequent shoulder seperation's it makes him more susceptible for it poping out of place easier in the future. I wouldn't be shocked if they have him start wearing an additional shoulder pad to protect that shoulder.
If he can play through the pain he should be good to go depending on the grade of the seperation, but have really only worked with patients with Rotator cuff injuries. Don't see many seperated shoulders unless you dealing with sports injuries and sometimes with motor vehicle accidents. _________________

Well it is a day to forget. Until we can successfully trot locker out there succesfully then we will struggle.
I really want to know where the aggressive mentality that Gray talked about. Cause we don't blitz don't do much of anything. _________________ "I'm not locked in here with you. You locked in here with ME!" |

I agree that the leadership from Gray is uninspiring and lacks aggressiveness, but I'd like to see the players try to bring some attitude on their own. They tackle like a bunch of nancies. Somebody (a player, I mean) needs to change the mindset out there. |

Jerry Gray going to be fired. You can't have historic failure on defense and keep your job. _________________ "I'm not locked in here with you. You locked in here with ME!" |

I live in Phoenix so I see plenty of the Cardinals and the fire that Kerry Rhodes brings to that defense is awesome. Everytime he gets a big hit he gets so fired up. _________________

Rhodes may be good and all, and that's cool..but isn't that the case for every defender who makes a big hit? lol |

Yeah, except he actually gets big hit unlike anyone on our team. He has intensity, which we don't have. _________________

On another forum, if the Knicks are winning, not only does the thread creator get to make every gameday thread until they lose, but they even go as far as posting the same things (pics/gifs, phrases, analysis, etc.) in the new thread before every game. _________________
