I never thought I'd say this, but special teams single handedly won the game for us. Pretty amazing.
Greg Zuerlein and Johnny Hekker are one of the better kicker/punter duos in the game already. _________________

i love how we find a way to win even tho this team is no where near a finished product. Give us a few weeks when the o-line begins to get healthy, rookies begin to hit their stride, and our offense starts to click and we'll be a force to recon with. but until then we have to fight and scratch to win games. _________________

I can't wait to see how this team reacts to prime time games. It's been a long time since the Rams played good in these types of games. So used to getting embarrassed and looking bad when everyone is watching.
Lets see if this team can at least put up a fight. _________________

Yeah, I was so excited for the games last year on MNF then they layed a giant goose egg on National TV.
I don't anybody has mentioned this, but Rams are undefeated at home under Fisher.
We need a cute little name for the Dome with the homefield advantage the fans give. _________________

Take out the QBs (Griffin & Cutler) and we held the past 3 teams rushing attacks to under 100 yards |

Clemons was blanked by Wayne Hunter. Amazing that he's not the incompetent moron that Jets fans made him out to be.

I didn't think it was that bad in the other games, but today it seemed pretty bad. Turbin and Lynch killed us, especially in getting yards after contact. |

Does anybody have any word on Saffold and Wells? Quin is so bad on that Oline. Bradford, in the second half, started showing really good pocket awareness, stepping up and moving around to avoid the rush. But it drives me crazy that Steve is getting hit behind the line of scrimmage on almost every touch.
I think Steve looks really good this year when he gets a hole. He is hitting it hard and driving his legs through the run. It just becomes a huge problem when he is getting hit the second Sam hands him the ball. The same thing happened for D.Rich today. _________________ GO RAMS |

He can start to practice week 7, but cant play in a game until after W8. So I believe the first week he could play for us would be Week 10 at San Fran.
Saffold was thought to be out somewhere around a month, So we should see him to start practicing a bit next week, during the long week. Maybe we see him at Miami, and he should be up for the Home game against the Packers.
As for Ojinnaka, I wouldnt be shocked to see Joseph Barksdale starting to be inserted as early as this week, but with the short week we might not see him out there. But unless Quinn drastically improves, I would bet to see Barksdale at LG down in Miami |

We are so lucky to have a guy like Zuerlein.
I watch Garrett Hartley cost the Saints the game, and Cundiff almost lose it for the Redskins and think that could be us. _________________

Something like that needs to happen. He was getting eaten up once again today. Turner had a few times that he just got blown away today as well.
I was cheering very hard for the Cards game to go as long as it could into overtime. I hope that we see a tired Arizona squad show up on Thursday. _________________ GO RAMS |
