A word to the wise: your keeper will get sent off this year if he fails at the ridiculous FIFA move of rushing the attacker no matter what or where he is. I just found this out, and since I use the backup GK spot for another outfield player (and why not? In FIFAs past he very occasionally might pick up a yellow but nothing more), one of my CBs had to step up. Since I still won (my first win in career mode  ), I can say I approve of this.

I have to say, I have never been the biggest FIFA fan in the world, but I'm actually really enjoying FIFA 13.

FIFA 13 is a well played game, like PES control system better, just the fact that all their game modes are shallow gives the advantage to FIFA.

Apparently the demo is out since people on FM Base are talking about it. Can't find it on Steam though.

Yeah, that's what most of my mates are telling me. Always been a PES guy, but it looks they didn't change too much from 2012.
Might go to the store, flip a coin and buy one or the other.

I bought it off Steam last night. The Beta is actually way better than a demo. You can play past the half a season or full season (nvr really got far in a demo) and continue your save when the full version comes out.
Love the classic mode right now. Only did a few games but with me getting busier, it would be a lot better to be able to get through a season but not having it take a month.
Also Liverpool is a pain to manage. No one is sellable and a lot of the players stats were downgraded. Suarez has barely any attributes over 15.

Lol. So not picking a GK as sub killed me. Up 3-0 against Man U at 60'. Reina got a red card somehow. I played Coates in net because he was the tallest and United scored 3 with 3 shots on target.

Probably a bad idea, as Coates is also a defender. I would have played Suarez, since that would have been an attacker.

 If you combine his effort in the World Cup with his exceptional diving ability, you have the makings of a top GK!
