Ron Brace sucked on Sunday. I don't think he'll be around much longer. McClain still has potential as a pass rusher from the DT spot, let's see what he's got.

I must have missed all of them! Whenever I watched him specifically he was getting flushed out of the run game and getting no push in the passing game.

Brace had good moments in that game actually.
I doubt McClain sticks around for too long. |
I don't expect him to get cut, but it looked to me like Brace got benched for Forston at one point because he was going upfield and allowing runs through his gap.

No he didn't. He had a few bad plays, but so did everyone in the front 7. Forston was way worse and clearly isn't ready for the NFL |

Just unfortunate for Brace then that whenever I focused on him specifically he did absolutely nothing positive.

Didn't even know McClain was signed by the Pats until today. From the point of view of an interested Panthers fan, did he get any actual game time with you guys? If so, what was he like?

He had 16 snaps against the Bills, clearly wasn't impressive seeing how he was released a couple of days later.
