While I understand the frustration with the last call - I don't think that call changed the outcome of the game. That game was extremely poorly officiated. I think the packers were gifted on their scoring drives. You don't have those phantom calls and the last play never happens.

Yes. It was a dramatic call. Yes it will get all the attention because it was the final decision. But there were also very bad calls which directly influenced the game earlier.

I think the Seahawks were the better team that day. I think they were getting robbed earlier (albeit both teams got random calls). I think the last call was bad, but it's kind of laughable for everyone to ignore everything else that occurred in that game.

Well TO, I think TSSS wanted an excuse to post that picture and start the week four thread. And I think he performed brilliantly on both counts. So he's already two up on the officials this week.

Oh, and the Giants d-line is going to eat Vick alive this week. I have no clue how the Eagles have any shot at beating them. Barring crappy officiating of course, that can change the outcome of any game.

I don't know why, I could see the Eagles winning. Or more so the Giants losing.

Although I feel the Bucs are going to smash the Redskins. Like two scores type of thrashing.

So we may get to see the actual officials in action tonight. I wonder if the coaches and players will hug the officials and then how long it will take before someone is complaining about a call.

So help me understand how a terrible team like CLE gets a primetime game like TNF? I mean shouldn't premium matchups between playoff contenders get the spotlight? Nobody wants to see Weeden get murdered by Ray Lewis

With the Thursday night games, I think almost every team will get at least one primetime game.

I actually firmly believe every team should get at least one primetime game. And if it's a crappy team - why not make it a rivalry prime time game.

Why should you be rewarded for feilding an inferior product?

Televising games beyond the usual Sunday and Monday slots increases the exposure of the League and teams. It also adds additional revenues since these games are likely to sellouts and people will watch games despite the teams involved.

Plus, you never know if a team is on the rise or on the decline. There's no guarantee in today's NFL. Just look at the Saints and Cardinals as examples of two teams going in opposite directions of the pre-season predictions.

That was a pretty good game tonight. The Browns played the Ravens tough. If Little makes the catch in the endzone, it's a tied game. Weeden looked pretty good tonight, although that last throw was horrendous. He showed a lot of poise in the pocket, though.

The Ravens got away from using Ray Rice. He's their best offensive weapon, and I'm often left bewildered by their playcalling at times. Flacco is developing into a very, very good QB, but there's no way any OC could allow Ray Rice to not touch the football for nearly 20 minutes.

Well, want to see the Bills finally get a Win against Brady who is 12 - 2 (if I recall) against the Bills. I want to see Jackson and Spiller run all over them!!!!

can we get a tie in the Beagles and G-women tonight?? One can only hope

GB and NO should be a very good game. NO looking to get there first win so they don't go 0-4 or will GB rebound after the highly contested game that was poorly officiated and led to the ousting of the replacement refs. Want to see NO win that game (I think)

What games are you watching today?
