I didn't see him past the 2nd. It was either Poweor our nickel package with Pa..... However you spell his name, you know, the 6'8 guy from the Jets. But yes, Poe was on the sideline, and if you watched it wasn't performance based. Dontari is taking on double teams and a swing tackle and still pushes the pocket straight back. Literally, straight back, clogged his hole the entire first quarter. _________________

Yeah, Poe looked phenomenal. I don't think he got hurt though, it may have just been a change based on how the Saints were calling the game. _________________

I didn't think he got hurt either but I did notice both Powe and the Samoan in there alot. He definitely has the brute strength and once he gets the technique down I think he is going to have a very good chance of being a special player for us.
Personally, I think he could be a real impact player in a predominantly 1-gap scheme (with 2-gap assignments obviously also included). _________________

I thought Jerrell Powe did a fantastic job this week. _________________

That is very encouraging. Powe has the shear mass that Toribio lacks, but his technique was subpar.
