Any answer other than the Pats is wrong.

You never cheer for.your main competition in the division.

No matter how much I try, I cannot find myself rooting for Tom Brady! I think I'll root for both team defenses.

Since its regular season, i'll root for the Pats. But if it were a playoff game id root for the Ravens. I hate both teams equally, but the Ravens losing in the regular season helps the Steelers. But I can't stand seeing the Pats win in the playoffs.

What about these 2 questions:

- If the Steelers had to play one in the playoffs, which team would you root for?

- If the Steelers were out of the playoffs, which team would you root for?

After the game is over, my dislike for the Pats is still more than that of the Ravens.

Perhaps my old school is from those mid to late 90's rivalries that I have a harder time digesting the Pats. Plus I used to work up in Mass and the New England states 96-98 so that influences my disdain.

I completely understand the mistake of rooting for a team within your division but the Pats just...ehhh.
