First mock of year up at draft countdown. How do you guys feel about it?
Tyler Lewan LT Michigan
Eric Reid S LSU
Personally, I'm hoping for Jarvis Jones and either a safety (McDonald, Reid) or a tackle. _________________

I like Jarvis Jones, but are we really going to skip over getting an tope end WR again? How many years are we going to do this? I agree that if there isn't a player worth taking we shouldn't reach, but we can assume that value will meet need at one of our 2 first round picks. _________________

With the injuries the last two years now to Saffold I'm fast coming on board with grabbing a LT. If he can stay healthy we could move him to the right.
Reid and Jones are beasts who could help the D out big time in areas of need.
Haven't put much into the WR class but a #1 threat is a need. Personally being biased as I like the college I'd love to see us go after Sammy Watkins next year at WR. _________________

Regardless of Saffold's injuries, OL should be the top of our priorities come draft day. I'd welcome taking a stud RT with open arms. As of right now, OL should be our main objectivein the draft _________________

joeckel is the best tackle in this class. but i would like to get matthews in the first for the right side and maybe a guy like dallas thomas in the second round.
both guys from alabama, warmack and jones are great first round potential guys for the rams.
jarvis jones would be a nice von miller like player for us as sam.
reid is the best safety right now.
i don't like any of the three top wr in this class as top 15 picks. _________________ i hate the 49ers. i do. |

Agreed, people keep bringing up the "you have to take a number 1 receiver at some point, but I honestly dont see any this draft as of yet (granted that's subject to change), at least not worthy of a high pick _________________

I wouldn't be that happy.
I'd like to see us draft Keenan Allen or another top WR and a safety like Tony Jefferson or a RT like DJ Fluker or a top LB prospect like Manti Te'o or Sean Porter. _________________

+1
The only problem I have with Fluker is that what I have seen on him when he plays that he plays too stiff. Now I have seen very little film on him, so I am probably making to harsh of a judgment off of very little film.
I would much rather go
1. Justin Hunter
1. Eric Reid
2. Ricky Wagner
3. Chase Thomas
Pretty solid draft. _________________ Robert Quinn

I think he can play OLB in a 4-3. I think he has the skill set to pull it off. _________________ Robert Quinn

right now, i would never ever spend a first round pick on dj fluker or jefferson.
and i would not be soooo happy if we would take one of them in the second.
sean porter - mehhh.
manti te'o is great. and he is kinda sure thing. you get a great guy who can tackle on a high motor. this is always a win. _________________ i hate the 49ers. i do. |
