Timmy has made the decision to cut Ryan for Frost a much better subject then it was just a few short years ago. One of Ted's biggest mistakes as a GM IMO.

Sorry palmy  . It's a little hard to forget how bad our special teams were during the Kapinos/Frost era.

I have taken down a beer or two with Kaps over the years. Trust me, you cats would pull for him also if you seen him in his element........
