Really odd that it came to putting him on the IR. I thought it was just a rolled ankle? They were mysteriously quiet about the injury, so maybe it was much worse than they were leading on.
Hopefully he can get it healthy, trim up just a bit, he can play well at this weight, but getting in better shape will only help him. We dont need him losing a ton, because thats not the player he is, but dropping him down to 330-325 could help with some agility and reaction time.
I think Rok can be darn good, But Im starting to wonder if he will be able to do that at Left Guard, or if we will have to wait for him to replace a departing Harvey Dahl to really shine |

The reason why they put ROK on IR was to get Pettis back.
They opened up a spot.
Pointer was signed to the PS. WR Harvey released. _________________
