Cmon now you know he will not be cut. But maybe this is a blessing. JQuizz needs to get more touches. And so does Snelling. Now the Oline looks good on pass blocking but run blocking again is terrible. However I think JQuizz has the ability to overcome some of the bad oline blocking. Again this team has much to improve on but running the ball isnt as important as long as we are moving the ball down field. _________________

yikes. I was thinking this during the game anyways but he definitely needs to be reduced to a TJ Duckett role and let Quizz step up and be our next Warrick Dunn _________________ formerly MadAtFalcons |

How come you want him cut? Didn't he have like 1300 yards rushing last season? _________________

He's really only helpful in HB dives except against bottom-tier defenses that give him massive lanes to run through _________________ formerly MadAtFalcons |

because yardage isn't a good read on him. his YPC outside of his best three games last season was under 3.0. he doesn't hit the hole hard and is aggravating to watch at this point. _________________

Cut him and go with Rodgers and Snelling? As much as I love Rodgers, no. The problem is not with Turner, the problem is with the offensive line. Turner is constantly getting hit before he even gets back to the line of scrimmage. He needs to break a tackle or two just to get a positive gain. Rodgers and Snelling aren't having much success either. People are quick to blame Turner--and although he has regressed--he is still a quality RB in this league and should not be let go. _________________

I agree that he shouldnt be cut. There is def a role for him with the Falcons. However, that role should be regulated to short yardage situations. The Oline def needs to run block better. Especially Reynolds. Where is Konz?
But JQuizz has not only shown that he can pass block but he is much more of a weapon out of the backfield than Turner. When Turner is in the backfield defenses know a screen will not be coming. JQuizz can catch, run, leak out for dump offs and go down field. I know Mike Smith is conservative when it comes to introducing new guys to his offense but JQuizz has got to get more opportunities. His talent is too great. _________________

We don't have a running back group that will allow us to cut Turner. We have a bunch #2/compliment guys and Turner is our only #1 back. He may not be the featureback he once was but we have nothing better currently.
I am starting to follow suite with Adam. RB should move up on our list. If Nolan can show that our defense is for real than I think we need to focus on offense for the draft. _________________

Im starting the sign Reggie Bush in free agency bandwagon now that he changed his running style to running between the tackles and he still has his EXPLOSIVNESS _________________

Next year I would like to see. High draft pick get most snaps. Quizz take a slightly larger role than this season and use Turner in goal line situations or just let him go at this seasons end. _________________
