It's possible that it could be inactive, but I could see the activity being better than the prediction threads in NFL Gen if there was a forum dedicated to it. People might be checking back with their predictions and commenting on other predictions. There could be other prediction types as well. I know I'm really into that kind of stuff, others could be as well.
_______ vs _______ Who will have a better 2012 Season?
______________'s 2012 Season Playoff Predictions
The 2012 New Orleans Saints Offseason Mock Prediction
etc, etc.
To me, there's a difference between discussing the NFL, and discussing what could be, in the NFL. This site is Football's Future, so the forum could even be called Football's Future, used to discuss the future of football. _________________

You could have predictions each week on who will win each game. _________________

Weekly leading rusher/receiver/passer/defender threads as well. _________________

| Most of these prediction topics will go away soon. We always get a lot of them right before the season starts. Also, if we move these topics it could be thin in NFL general at times. I think it is fine how it is. |

I disagree, but rather meekly.
Please don't hurt me.
I find the prediction threads annoying in genral but i do tend to avoid them for the most part. _________________

I think this is a good idea in that it would be much easier to look back at predictions made and see which were correct and which were horribly off.
I have always wanted to go back and look for my old predictions but NFL General and the Search Tool are so populated with other unrelated stuff it makes it difficult to find.
It would also allow predictions to be much more specific, as opposed to the litany of other prediction threads which are general, a designated NFL Predictions Forum would allow us to make predictions specific to a team, a player, a draft class, a position etc.
Can't help but think this makes too much sense. _________________

This would be an outstanding idea. I really hope Webmaster reconsiders it, because it would sort things out so much better and I'd be able to see what I actually predicted and not get lost in NFL due to it being so populated(as someone previously said). _________________
