The ball hit Givens in the hands and went through. It was a catchable ball. The play should have been completed by Givens... _________________

Sam played a really good game, I'm very happy. Only play I want back is the Jax dump off when he had Lancealot. _________________

Thanks for the insight jrry32. I was pretty ticked at Bradford watching this live so its definitely appreciated. Hopefully you can keep this sort of thing coming whenever you notice it.
Special Teamer, I noticed the UCF logo on your sig. My wife is dragging down to Florida next year so she can go to school there. Looks like you won't be the only Rams/UCF fan in Orlando anymore. _________________ Go Rams! |

Stafford threw the same ball which CJ caught for a 51 yard gain.
Bradford threw the ball around 57 to 58 yards without stepping into it. Had he stepped into it and hit Givens in stride, it would have likely been a 65 to 70 yard throw. Tough throw to make. He did under throw it but we really need a WR who can make a play on the ball in the air...that was why I wanted Alshon. _________________

Quick would have caught that. He attacks the ball with force..
Givens tried to body catch it. Reminds me of some Avery..

Are we also going to pretend that Jeffery stood out in the Bears/Indy game? Because that's a joke, he barely showed up besides the one big play. That was busted coverage, Gibson would have made that same play.
Anyone ever notice that our opponents rarely blow coverage against our WRs? Do you think that is coincidence or can we finally admit that our pass catchers are pathetic?
Edit: Danny Amendola would be a reserve player on at least half the rosters in the NFL. We think he is a star because he is the only player on our team that has displayed the ability to make tough catches. He will never be the difference maker in a game, only a complimentary piece. _________________

No No, Amendola is a good player Imo. He'd start in the slot for alot of teams. He gets seperation and finds holes in zones and has reliable hands. The rest of our WRs? Nothing special. Been preaching this since we drafted Sam.
Also, im just not a huge fan of pead. I wouldve rather had another WR or a linemen there. I just dont think hes going to be anything special, and he cant even capture the back up role. Obviously I hope im wrong but its just an opinion. _________________ Welp

Quick might have caught that pass, but I don't think
He would have had the same separation |

Yea that's easy to say but it think Fisher has a plan for him. Its exciting to see Fisher actually developing these early round guys instead of burning them up right off the bat. _________________ Go Rams! |

First of all, Jeffery had 3 catches for 80 yards and a TD in his debut, I'd say that's standing out. Second of all, there was no busted coverage. Jeffery was matched up 1 on 1 with Vontae Davis and ran right by him. _________________
