So this week is the famous over reaction to week 1 pick up and drop week. Are there any guys on your radar that are currently held in most leagues that might get dropped for Ogletree, Hill, or other week 1 stars? And any guys you would consider dropping/trading after week 1 that are likely owned in most leaves? _________________

| Marcedes Lewis or Dennis Pitta? Are either of these guys better-projected than Jason Witten? Would you drop Witten for either one, or does he hold trade value? |

Harvin@IND
Wallace@NYJ
Bowe@BUF
Britt@SD
Moore@CAR
Garcon@STL |
I would start Harvin, Bowe, and Garcon (if healthy). And yea, I'd be fine with them over McGahee. I'm not starting Morris until I see him do it consistently. _________________

It's hard to say who to pick up because everyone is going to be dropping someone different. If I had a "top drops" list I could tell you who I liked most from that grouping.
And I would sell high on Spiller as of now. If you can swap him for a top back like Doug Martin I'd do it in a heartbeat. _________________

Who'd you start if Garcon is hurt? |

I probably keep McGahee in my lineup.
straight ballin, I hate return yard leagues, but that gives Cobb the trump card to take over Morris. _________________

Standard scoring - 2 RB / 2 WR / FLEX
McFadden vs. Mia
McGahee vs. Atl
Martin vs. NYG
Morris vs. STL
Brown vs. MIN
Harvin vs. IND
T.Smith vs. PHI
Thomas vs. Atl
Garcon vs. STL
Thinking the bold - dropping Smith vs. Aso/DRC and Martin vs. stout Giants front. Would you agree? My other thought is Garcon over Morris
(extra benefit to the Den guys is if they suck for me, at least the Falcons win!) _________________

I would start Martin over Morris. Not sure where the Giants stout front stuff is coming from, they just gave up over 130 yards on the ground to DeMarco Murray. I want to see Morris do it at least for another week before I crown him. I like the rest of what you got. _________________

Should I bench DeMarco Murray vs the 'Hawks? I like Murray but I have doubts that he'll be able to get anything going.
My other choices would be Trent Richardson (vs CIN) or most likely Alfred Morris (vs STL) _________________

That's my current roster at this point - I said what the hell and put Drew Brees on the block and got about 6 offers this morning, here's two of my favorites.
Drew Brees, Robert Meachem, Roy Helu
Cam Newton, AJ Green, Beanie Wells
Drew Brees, Sant. Holmes
Mike Vick, Julio Jones
Now obviously the first offer is probably better, simply because Vick in injurt prone and I expect Green to do really well. I'm not 100% sold on trading Brees, but I'd like to float the idea and see what I can get.
What are the thoughts on this trade? It gives me more depth at WR, and much better starting WRs. |
|
Thoughts? |
Don't know if I'd do either deal as I prefer to have an elite QB, but if I did I'd take the Vick deal. |
Just wondering, what don't you like about the Newton deal? _________________

Which Defense would you guys go with for week 2?
KC @ Bills
Browns @ Bengals
Bucs @ Gaints
Cowboys @ Seahawks
Lions @ 49ers
Raiders @ Dolphins
The bold defense are in ww for me.
I feel that it should be Bengals playing the Brown, but I'm not completely sure. |

I have a trade offer.
This is my keeper league...10 team
I send:
WR Torrey Smith
RB Steven Ridley
I receive
QB Peyton Manning
RB Ryan Matthews
WR Sidney Rice
I am leaning towards accepting this deal, but I don't know. Ridley and Smith are on my bench
Here is my team
QB Cam Newton
RB Marshawn Lynch
RB Ahmad Bradshaw
RB/WR Marques Colston
WR Calvin Johnson
WR Greg Jennings
TE Aaron Hernandez
D/ST Bears
K Sabastian Janokowski
Bench:
RB Steven Ridley
TE Jason Witten
WR Torrey Smith
QB Josh Freeman
RB Lagarette Blount
Cowboys D
WR Justin Blackmon
If I get Peyton then Newton will be on the bench and he was one of my keepers for this season, and I could use Mathews (when he gets healthy since I am not really sold on Bradshaw and the Giants OL.)
What do you think? _________________
