I guess it's better than not winning...
Gotta treat any list that puts the Saints in the top 10 with a bit of skepticism. _________________ GO PACK GO!

| I'd rather have ESPN not talk about us at all. |

You'll notice it's ESPN the magazine. They tend to be slightly smarter in their coverage than ESPN the network, I think it's because they know their subscriber base is at least capable of reading. _________________

| Not sure how much I can get behind this. Team of the decade? What has OKC done to be #1? Brewers #29? Green Bay hasn't done enough to be #1 in the NFL, let alone #2 in all of sports IMO. Any list that ranks the Bucks can't be taken seriously. Lol. |

Four NBA teams in the top 5? Are you kidding me? ESPN pushing their NBA TV contract or something?
Can someone explain how they actually ranked these because if you total up OKC Thunders "points" they have 101, Packers have... 43, with more #1s, top 5, top ten, better "low" score... Spurs have four #1's and they're behind OKC too even though they're ahead in the heavily weighted "affordability" category... this list makes no damn sense.... it's none sense! _________________

It ranks all professional sports teams.
It takes into account more than championships.

I read it and it's still bs. Hell, the Giants should rank higher. Championships are EVERYTHING. _________________

Really? Consider anything and everything you want. You really believe Green Bay is the #1 team of the last decade in the NFL? Get out of here with that nonsense.
I'd rather read what the guys here at FF have to say before I listen to anything ESPN has to say. Sadly, I'm sure you'll be one of the first to use this article in an arguement in Gen. like it means something. |

Championships are EVERYTHING to the players....to the outsiders, they are just a part. The reason we were ranked #1 is because all that came with this last decade...that INCLUDES Favre and what he did his last year(besides flop in the playoff game) and the fact that Rodgers rose above all the drama and boo's ect. It has to do with our SB winning season AND our 15-1 season. We arguably have one of the top 3 if not the top fan base in the nation. When you put it all together, I can see how we are the team of the decade. Have you seen another team in ANY sport that got more media coverage alone, than we have?! _________________

I hear ya. I'd rather we flew under the radar a little bit but I don't know how that will happen if we keep playing this well in 2012... _________________
