it bothers me that he got a front loaded deal before he was the feature back and now that he is a feature back and the money isnt there as much he wants more.
It wasn't a front loaded deal. His base salaries for all 5 years are between $4mil-$5 mil. His deal spreads out the money of the deal completely evenly. Unless you're trying to say any deal with a signing bonus is a front loaded deal your not making any sense.
Seems like the Jags just want to run him into the ground the last 2 years of his deal on the cheap. I'm glad he's still holding out and hope he doesn't come back until week 10.
