Remember a few years ago when we were strapped at Safety the fanbase was fawning over O.J. Atogwe? Vic was right. Dude has fallen off big time; he just got cut by the Eagles. _________________

After watching preseason this year do we all agree that our biggest need will be CB in the first round next year. With that being said who's ready to do some scouting tonight. You have NC State vs Tennessee. You have the best DB(David Amerson) in the country going against one of if not the best WR in Justin Hunter going head to head, fellas enjoy. |

Where do you get that CB will be our biggest need? _________________

Cox stay injured. Mathis is aging and is not to pro bowl status. Who's our future Middleton or Harris. Not to mention none of our CB's can tackle if their career depend's on it. Also Ross is aging as well. You must not have watch that B-More game. This is a passing lead you have to have guys who can cover and tackle. We got Luck throwing to Wayne and Ty Hilton. Schaub throwing to Johnson. Locker throwing to Britt and Kendall Wright. What do you think is our biggest need so far IPwn. |

Aaron Ross is still here too. Cox might be healthy all year, you never know _________________

LB and OL are bigger needs. And pass rusher, WR and TE too if you're only basing it off of preseason and injuries like you are for CB.
Cox is elite when healthy and everyone else is fine. We have solid depth, and good development guys at CB. _________________

OL is my biggest of those concerns _________________

I think LB is only a need if you are looking for a #1 guy to replace Daryl.
Stanford needs reps, but I think he can take over for Session without the drop off.
Corner is fine, if Derek is ever healthy. Mike will play the slot. Ross on the other wing.
Offensive Line: Need a Center (Meester's last year), but Brewster was looking good and should be the backup even if/when Estes comes back. Need a Guard, Britton and Rackley never are healthy and Uche can't do it on his own. Baldridge looks good at RT.
Receiver - Robinson has been targeted 13 times, for 2 catches...he and Blaine just can't get on the same page. Thomas has looked good now he is back in the slot. Elliot and Shorts are TBD, but needs reps.
Defensive Line - Tackle is fine. We need another good End though behind Branch and Mincey, our developmental guys are average at best.
Safety - Outside of Lowery and Landry, Pros and Issac are a hot mess.
Team Needs: (In no order)
WR
OG
C
TE
DE
S
CB _________________

Was reading an article on "What We've Learned" on the team site and they seem to rave about Michael Brewster and D'Anthony Smith. How have they been looking in preseason? I'm excited to see Smith get to play and Brewster later on. _________________

Well all I know is that Amerson vs Hunter should be a showdown! |

I was going off of what we've seen so far/know. We need a third LB. I hope he's on our roster, but who knows whether they end up panning out. Otherwise I agree with what you said. _________________
