Taylor's next CD comes out October 22nd. For sure her latest single is on it. Never Ever, was released this month and definitely has a poppy sound to it. It won't be anywhere near he best song on the album, at least I hope. I hope she brings back some of that countryness to her music in this album. Anyways Taylor fans can get excited in this thread.

I didn't realize she was 14 again.

I don't think it will be anywhere near her best song on the album. I think its the grab to sell. Tons of young girls are going to love that song. I'm anxious to see what the new album has. I really enjoyed her last one.

Hoping the new single doesn't reflect the album. I liked her progression as an artist but continuing like that would be going backwards.

Oh God. That is TERRIBLE.
Hopefully the album is a million times better, if not, fail. That is just a disgustingly bad song.

Her new song is so annoying. I have a large guilty pleasure for Taylor Swift songs. She is one of my top 10 played artists  . But I seriously hate the song.

Ok I wont lie, I have a real soft spot for her first album, but listening to this song has just made me damn angry. What an abomination. Like others have said, if she wants to sell, she best have made a whole lot of better tracks.

Abomination is a good way to describe that song. It is such an embarrassing attempt at a pop hit. She should be so ashamed.

I'm not a Taylor Swift fan or anything, so I have no idea if she has better songs, but I hope so.
That sounded like one of those songs like Call Me Maybe that end up being big pop hits with young girls, and then the artists fall off the face of the earth.

I agree with everyone who has posted, this latest song is like a step back for Swift. I do enjoy her music a lot but this song is a big step back for her, hopefully the rest of the album is better.
