looks good. there should be a limit on challenges imo.
for example, each rep can post one challenge a week

My challenge has already been submitted.
Since Slam proposed a challenge, want to allow each Commissioner one Global Challenge? They can submit it before the start of the season.

Yeah, week 1 will be a global challenge. Beyond that, there can be global challenges and individual challenges... It's whatever the committee agrees to. But, the committee has to agree that all individual challenges are fair/equal.
