What would you guess are this years' games that the Detroit Lions shouldn't win, but do... and shouldn't lose, but also do?
Looking back at before the 2011 season, I'd say the @ Dallas game was the shouldn't win, and the game vs. San Francisco was the shouldn't lose.
This year, I'd have to throw the MNF game at the Chicago Bears in the shouldn't win, but do, category, and the game in Nashville vs. the Titans in the Shouldn't lose, but do, category.
What would be your surprise games this year? |

Game we could lose, even though we shouldn't: @ Minnesota, because the Vikings are one of the worst teams in the league, but games between Detroit and Minnesota always, always go to the wire even when the talent gap is wide.
Game we could win, even though we shouldn't: @ San Francisco. Color me a hater, but no part of me believes they're actually a 13-3 caliber team with Alex Smith at the helm. They had a lot of defensive players post career years in 2011 and it will be hard for them to duplicate their success defensively. Meanwhile, I can envision Alex Smith nearly his turnover numbers from 2011, and he was already quite a liability against pressure (he took 44 sacks behind what appears to be a very good offensive line). |

I remember we couldn't stop Turner either which didn't help. _________________

I could see us losing to SEA (Not because of Flynn)
A surprise win would have to be against the Texans for me. I just don't see us winning that game. _________________ Team Stylish |

I will completely agree with these two games .The Vikes are always a tough game , and I am sure we can beat the 49ers . It is really an odd feeling ,but I can honestly say that I really think we can match up against anybody . |
