Unger will remain in the center of the Seahawks’ offensive line after signing a multiyear contract extension on Wednesday.

Had a very good year last year and was going to be our biggest FA next offseason. Love to see guys get extended early.

Good 4 the Hawks to get Unger locked up long term. He's very underated.

This makes me sad. I wanted him to hit FA. Laughing Great signing for the Seahawks. Moves like that will set you up in the long run.

Still don't like him, although he proved me wrong last season. We'll see what happens this year...

So glad we don't have to worry about this next offseason. Unger was by far our best linemen last year (when you consider Okung couldn't finish the season) and he's still young/improving.

2nd round pick, top 10 center. I'd say so

Good move for a team that has lately had a ton of OL trouble. Locking up the good pieces is key to rebuilding that line

Go Ducks! Very Happy

GJ Max! I like seeing this. I am a homer but I was a big fan of his outta the draft.

Looking like 4 years, 24 mill. Same money Scott Wells made and Unger is 5 years younger.
