lmao, what?
That wouldn't even be allowed here. Have fun. |
Its a dual meet so our coach is gonna use it as practice. Unfortunately I tore my groin a couple years back so I cant do hurdles or high jump
Also, this weekend was pretty successful. PR'd in the TJ with a 40-05, PR'd in the 800 with a 2:00 (tactical race, split 60-60 for the win) and split a 47.6 off first leg in the 4x400. What would that 4x400 split convert to in the open 4? _________________ Adopt a Dolphin: Vernon Carey

Ran my first sub 50 of my career today, PR'd in the prelims yesterday with a 50.44 and came back today in the finals with a new PR of 49.42, placed second. Next meet is in 2 weeks, going for 49.0 . _________________ Adopt a Dolphin: Vernon Carey

I feel your pain, for 3 years I've been stuck at the 2:01, this year was the first time I went 2:00.58, but I think breaking 2 is more mental than physical, because my 400 PR indicates that I should be running at least 1 55 _________________ Adopt a Dolphin: Vernon Carey

I ran my first 10k yesterday, 35:08.
Brutal race. I think I can drop that time just with experience, but holy crap. _________________

Anyone else notice a high school graduate made it to the semis of the mens 400 ? Props to Aldrich Bailey . There were also 3 high school girls in the womens 800m field, IIRC only Ajee Wilson made it out of the first round . _________________ Adopt a Dolphin: Vernon Carey
