The Cards Vacancy at HC, Because the is definatly going to be one at the end of the season.

Realistically,

Who do you want to be our New HC??

Who Do you Think we will get??
I think we should get an Offensive minded caoch, Which is different to some of your veiws. And i think we should Get a guy who is going to open up the feild and use our strengths by calling lots of 3 WR sets and the like.

This narrows down my options to, Cameron, Grimm and Saunders.

Out of them id take Grimm, He is a proven O-Line coach and has the Nouse to get the best out of an Offense.

But to add to that i would want Fisher IF he WILL bring over Norm Chow, Chow is a proven OC and Fisher is a great HC ,who can get the most out of anybody.

I would like to see Fisher be the Cardinals new coach but I don't really think he will be leaving the Titans.

I wouldn't really mind seeing Carroll as the coach either but what are the chances he leaves USC? Did he say he would consider becoming a NFL coach or is it just an idea people are having?

I'm voting Ron Rivera for a number of reasons:

1. I won't vote Jeff Fischer until it actually appears as though he'll be fired, I don't want to get my hopes up.
2. Rivera is ready to be a head coach in this league whereas I'm not completely convinced on a few of the others.
3. The effect he'd have on this defense would be gigantic.
4. He knows how to motivate!!

I'd agree for mostly reasons 3 & 4. We need a guy that can motivate a team and take charge. Also we have the potential to be a great defensive team and we sure have the weapons on offense. If we do look at him I'd like us to get a decent OC but knowing the Bidwells I don't know if they plan on firing Green or trying to hold out to save money.

A decent OC is really all we need so long as the gameplan Rivera prepares is well thought and planned for which Im sure it would be.

I know this sounds so outrageous but champ if I remember correctly don't you know someone that works with the Cardinals organization? I say we should write a petition to get Green out. Hell all Cardinals fans should donate $20 bucks to get Green fired if the Bidwells don't want to shell out to get him out.

You are correct, my friend since high school worked for 3 years in the PR department and now works more closely with management, directly under Rod Graves. I'll give him a call and see what he thinks would be the best method to go about things to make sure our point gets across.

I'm telling you we should pay for Green's contract and get him out of here if the Bidwells are too cheap Laughing Green makes what 4 million this year? We all chip in $20 and with 200,000 donations Green is out of here Very Happy

Jim Bates! I would love to see the Cardinals turn into a dominant defensive team, and I think Bates could be the guy to do that.

Rivera is a better Defenive mind than Bates and is also a lot better at motivation players.

Also hasnt bates failed as a HC before??? i may be incorrect???

Here is a really really random thought... Does anybody think that Steve Spurrier would be any good as an OC here in Zona???????

Why would Bates fail here?? Honestly??

I'm for Ron Rivera but I see no credible reason as too why Jim Bates wouldn't be good here.
