Draft Portion
Rules:
First 13 rounds will be for the offense. NO DEFENSIVE PLAYERS CAN BE DRAFTED IN THE FIRST 13 ROUNDS!
The draft will be in a snake format.
Defensive portion of the draft will consist of 12 rounds.
The order will be reversed for the defensive picks.
Trades for picks allowed.
You have 24 hours to make a pick. The clock starts the minute the person before you makes their pick. If you take longer than 24 hours to make your pick, it will be made for you. I will use the Best Player Available using Yahoo's rankings as the basis.
Miss more than 2 picks in a row without a truly justifiable reason, Worst Player Available will be given.
Miss more than 3 picks in a row without a truly justifiable reason, replacement owner will be sought.
In the event you don't think you can't make a pick, and you don't want BPA according to yahoo!, or it might be your second missed pick and you don't want WPA, you have 2 options:
Option#1: Give me a mini-big board of preferred players, and the highest player left on your board will get picked.
Option#2: Pick a owner who you trust and make them your proxy. Someone who will pick for you in case you're about to miss you're window. YOU MUST LET US KNOW WHO YOUR PROXY IS VIA A POST ON THE DRAFT THREAD AND THE PERSON MUST REPLY WITH A POST SAYING THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF BEING MADE A PROXY. YOU MUST HONOR THEIR PICK.
DRAFT PICK TRADE RULES
Trades can be 2 picks for 1 if you want but you can't be over or under roster limits. Meaning you must have 25 players at the end of the day.
Trades won't be blocked unless at least 3 owners feel that it's lopsided. We're going to use league veto where 6 votes will get the veto being applied. 6 will be the majority as the two teams won't get a vote due to a conflict of interest whereas the other 10 teams will. If a picks was made and a trade was vetoed, the pick will be the team's whose pick it originally was.
You are however open to try and trade any drafted players obtained through a rejected trade once the ENTIRE draft is done and rosters are entered on Yahoo! At which point, the trade will be under standard yahoo! trade rules.
The bottom two finisher of this league will be relegated to the feeder league.
The keeper format will work like the following. You are allowed to keep 2 Offensive and 2 defensive players off of your final roster from the year before. The player MUST be one you drafted. You will forfeit the pick in the round you selected the player in the next year's draft.
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE YOUR PICK UNTIL TBD
ANY PICK MADE WILL BE DISREGARDED. THE 24 HOUR PICK CLOCK WILL NOT BE ON.
THE LEAGUE WILL BE SET UP ON YAHOO! PLEASE PM GmenSeattle: FOR LEAGUE NUMBER AND PASSWORD.

With Pick No.1 of the draft Blahman selects.
Philadelphia Eagles Running Back
LeSean McCoy
I top flight running back who can also take it in through the air. If this was a PPR league I'd have no doubts over him, but a couple of others come to mind in this league, but got to go with the home town hero. _________________ Officially endorsed by Jon Dorenbos

By the way guys, I'm going to reiterate my belief that it is pointless to send PMs. You don't see the PMs until you log in anyway, and if you're logged in, why not just stop by the Giants forum and check to see if you're OTC? So, Gmenseattle and NYGiantsman10, don't expect to see PMs from me and don't send me PMs in return. Deal? _________________
