If Cell and kid buu went head to head, Kid buu would be dead in 20 seconds and then Cell would have kid buu's recklessness. Cell is the ultimate evil. |
Evil Kid Buu would just blow up the planet that Cell is residing on.

It took a SSJ 2 Gohan to kill cell. SSJ 2 Gohan after the Sypreme Kai released his secret power got eaten by Evil Buu. And Evil Kid Buu has twice the strength and evil that Evil Buu had.

Well... CELLS COOLER. |
Cell couldnt even break out of Hell. Evil Kid Buu broke into heaven, and was 2 secinds away from blowing it to pieces.... until Goku distracted him by powering up, forcing Buu to use Instant Transmission to get to Goku.

Not to mention, the entire time Goku and EKB was fighting, Cell was in Hell watching it on a projection.... dead... because he sucks.
