Meh. He sucked down the stretch last season, but I still would have liked him to compete for a roster spot on the Bengals...

Me too.
Looking on the positive side; maybe Zimmer and Simmons like the young guys we have.
Its maybe also interesting in the division that the Ravens and Steelers are signing guys that can't make our roster........

I think he'll be battling with Larry Foote (32) for a starting ILB position. Easier than beating out Rey, Manny or Howard...

I dont think he is physical enough to play in a 3-4

That's a valid point. I think he could add value in coverage but in terms of taking on blocks and blitzing, he's not the best...

That's what I was thinking. The biggest impact he can have for the Steelers would be in a sub-package on passing downs. He has no chance to start, in my opinion. Is he even over 230 pounds?
