Its an addicting type of music , what dj's have you listened to man? |
I'm not real sure I think that's one thing that holds EDM back IMO. |

I got mad love for Skrillex. Such a talented guy. Rock 'N Roll is my personal favorite. Kyoto is up there too. |
If you like Kyoto and stoner music then you def should check Ruffneck Bass and Ruffneck VIP. Skrillex is such a boss. Don't even care that I'm a fanboy lol _________________

I've heard Ruffneck Bass before, I like it. Just listened to the VIP version, not bad at all.
Tell me what you think of this song, I stumbled across it a few days ago on Pandora. Wait until the drop.

Avicii - 2 Million
Artist: Avicii
Song Title: 2 Million
Genre: Progressive House
Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qomP03iEwqk
Release: Single
Release Year: 2012
Comments: Avicii just dropped this on facebook and soundcloud as a result of getting 2 million fans. I love this track. It has everything you can ask for in a progressive house song. A drop, progressive lead lines, bumpin bass and a driving drumbeat. Apparently this is him building off of the song Alcoholic. I have to hear that one now. _________________

Yeah I effing LOVE Levels. I have a playlist on iTunes of Levels, Levels (Direct Remix), Levels (Skrillex Remix) and FloRida - Good Feeling. I'll bump it for hours when playing NBA sometimes lol
I even arranged a punk cover of Levels. No joke. _________________

Got to follow this thread, love me some dubstep and dnb. Hope you subscribe to UKF Dubstep/Drum and Bass/Music on Youtube, if not do it, they post some amazing music. Big fan of remixes over original songs, I just like hearing something I know taken and changed, usually to improve it.
Some of my favourite tracks that I've had the pleasure of hearing are:
Nero - Must be the Feeling - Delta Heavy Remix Wait for 1:26 on that, my friend describes it as Robot Sex Noise, although not sure it comes under Dub, it's defo electric haha
DJ Fresh - Hot Right Now - Camo and Krooked Remix _________________

Grand National - Talk Amongst Yourselves ( Sasha Remix )
Artist: Grand National
Song Title: Talk Amongst Yourselves ( Sasha Remix )
Genre: Progressive House
Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_9UJZjZd-Oc
Label: Global Underground
Tempo: 111 BPM
Release Year: 2004
Comments: Sasha has a special way with house music, he marches to his own beat and ignores the rest. Theres no artificial forced drops, theres no lyrics about partying, theres no celebration, the music is what it is. His songs are deep, thoughtful, one could almost say depressing. But he captures a mood, a feeling and emotion that many DJ's are too afraid to capture. Rather than put you in a celebratory mood Sasha's music makes you think and contemplate. Lay back, put on headphones, and drift away into the special place mentally Sasha's music will bring you to _________________

Yeah I'm not a big fan of that remix. There are parts in there I liked and I found the darkness interesting but yours is better. A little too dark for me too. I feel like that's the dubstep equivalent of black metal _________________
