Let me preface this by saying i don't usually watch movies in the theater. It's once per year or less for me, so when i go, it's usually a big deal.

But i'm considering going for this movie. The concept seems original (as in, the story line is well known, but the twist is completely new...at least to me), and the action shots look awesome in the previews. Anyone else thinking of seeing it?

The only thing giving me pause is that it's from the same people that re-did Alice in Wonderland, and that wasn't well received.

Perhaps the most baffling casting decision ever

Kristen Stewart as Snow White and the infinitely more attractive Charlize Theron as the Queen?!?!

Yah, nice job with that one, a**holes.

That's my only issue as well in otherwise looks like an awesome movie. Kristen Stewart looks like she is stoned 24/7, or just completely vapid. She isn't even in Theron's galaxy. If Theron were the big leagues, Stewart is coach pitch pee wee ball.

If this is your 2012 exception, I am very curious to know what made you rush out in 2011. Jack and Jill, perhaps?

I actually think this looks pretty interesting. I'm a huge fan of Hemsworth and Theron so I'll probably end up seeing it.

I'll see what the reviews are before i go. But why would you compare the two movies? Jack and Jill was obviously going to bomb. This movie could be pretty good and very original. It could bomb, but in that case, i won't see it.

In 2011 i saw X-Men First Class. Went with some friends that wanted to see it. It was only $3/ticket or something though.

I want it to be good, because I'm a big Theron fan, but I don't have a lot of faith. I'll wait for the reviews and see what's up.

Just saw it. I liked it alot. It's about 2 hours, and I was entertained for most of them.

Kristen Stewart in Armor looked pretty cool, and Theron was a complete babe.

I saw it, was actually really interesting. Though Kristen Stewart was a babe. Especially in the armor. Theron was hot too.

Kristin Stewart and hot should not be in the same sentence.
