I think this is to open up some spots from the rookie minicamp they are having. By releasing Webber and McCargo it put us back to an 88 man roster, with the max being 90. I think there is a chance that he may come back but if we are impressed with a rookie at the camp, we need the roster space for them. Also it looks like Underwood was release from the Pat's so maybe Schiano might bring in another Knight to the team.
