I love how people just pencil Boykin in over Hanson though he has yet to even suit up for a practice. It's just as likely Boykin is a complete bust as it is he ever replaces Hanson. _________________

I wouldn't go as far as to say he's got the nickel spot right now either, but I think he could easily earn the dime slot CB position early in camp. I do however believe he is the best Kick off return guy on our roster right now, so that job should be his for sure. _________________

We have a list of guys that will compete in the return game plus Jackson will still get his chances in certain situations. _________________

Jackson is strictly a Punt Returner. Last year saw Dion Lewis return kick offs, so that can easily be upgraded. _________________

Maclin will get looks, plus it will be an open competition between Boykin, Lewis, Brown/Cooper/Polk, Harris and Damaris Johnson. I do believe Boykin is the favorite going into camp. _________________

I think it's Boykin or Damaris Johnson as KR.
Hanson was so so last year, so I would really like if Boykin could win the spot in TC. _________________

Wes Welker ate his lunch. And everything Hanson owns. While Welker is the best Slot in the league, but I would prefer Hanson could atleast stop a guy like him for a play or two. _________________

If that's what you're basing his so-so season on, I would to remind you that Welker kinda led the league in receiving. If that game is your only basis, I would go back and re-examine Hansons year. _________________

I didn't, but he wasn't as good last year as the previous two years, and while that may just be a down year, Hanson is getting older.
And Boykin is younger and offers versatility as a returner. _________________

His name is Brandon Boykin.
There is no "s" after Boykin.
Thank you. |
Finally, someone says it!!!! |
oh c'mon, somebody needed to replace Asante Samuels |
Ha, yea Asante was probably called Samuels more than he was Samuel while he was here.
Speaking of Asante, Boykin is taking #22 as well, confirmed it on twitter

I like it! Hope he makes us forget about Asante altogether early on in his career. _________________

What? Asante helmet-to-helmet hits will be missed the next decade! _________________
