Precisely why I no longer buy Madden. The game has gone to shiot over the last 4 years in terms of game-play and their player ratings are asinine. They don't know football and they don't seem to try very hard to consult people who do.

Although the game has made some strides over the last 2 years it's crap like this that just makes me wanna go to EA studios a slap the hell out of the production team  . I play Madden Ultimate Team alot and when i say a 69 on his card I was heated. I dont think a 1st round pick has ever gotten below a 70 in madden.
Hopefully we can start a new madden tradition. Instead of the coverboy madden curse we can start the madden blessing/gift. The lowest rated 1st rounder has the best rookie season

I hate madden but they have done a good job on the NCAA games recently IMO.. Why can't they make Madden like those games

That players list is a joke, Brockers is essentially a 69 because of his rawness...
However, Tannehill is a 75. Yea, okay...

I believe Tyson Alualu got either a 69 or a 68 when he was a rookie, and I'd say he's turned out pretty well so maybe its a good sign haha.
And I haven't gotten a madden since 09 and I can honestly say that I have way more fun playing madden 08 for the PS2 than I do playing 09 on the 360/PS3

Hey bro i was on a madden boycott from madden 06 til about madden 2010. But if you havent played madden since 08 then you should at least download the madden 13 demo when it comes out. They really have come a long way!

I'd love to play Battlefield 3, but all my friends play MW3 so I just stick with that.. but no one i know plays Madden anymore

I feel you on that man. Thats actually how i bit the bullet and got back into madden. You tend to buy and play whatever the majority of your friends go with, so you get a pass

Man you trippin. Im telling you to give it a chance. Now i was one of those NFL2K guys back in the day and i still hate that madden put the monopoly on the NFL franchise but they really have started living up to that responsibility. But having 2K still around would have definately made simulation football miles ahead of where we are simply because of the competition.

BATTLEFIELD 3  by far the best shooter on the market, a few of us that have it should play together sometime.
