I say let's try. we could also offer Coleman in that trade. I don't really see him having any value for us with the pick of Coples, I guess that Hatcher, Lissemore, Coples and maybe Spears would be ahead of him. not because Coleman is bad, we just really got good depth on D line so it would make sense for us to trade him..
I read on the Packers forum that the Falcons had contacted them about a trade down from pick 55, so let's see if they are still interested. |
I think he'll make it to our next pick, it would have been a reach to take him at 45. |
after checking the Steelers forum, I like his chances of falling to us. I think that Lewis at our pick would be great value!
if he falls to our pick, then it really was a win trade for us. getting the same player that most of us wanted more then 10 picks earlier.. lucky for us that Lewis doesnt fit a 4-3, and that Chargers and Jets already have selected a pass rusher. _________________ The lonely supporter of Phil Costa.. |

I hope all of you guys will be around at 5:00 Central to give input on our selection. Please note that I had incorrectly listed our pick to go on the clock at 6:00 pm cst. That has been corrected in the thread title. _________________

Dwayne Allen is highest available on my board that isn't a QB
After that its Alfonzo Dennard or Casey Hayward
Donnell Lewis shouldn't even be in the Conversation _________________

Realty questioning big boards around here... Jake Beq is a 4th at best and Lewis a 3rd. I wouldn't touch Charles after his crap for a Pro Day and then the excuses that poured out after then the DUI to top it all off. Flemming I like as a 4th but not a 2nd _________________

i think Allen way to slow for the nfl and TE isnt a need so i wouldnt even use a 2nd because of John Phillips who plays quite adequate |

Looks like the Texans will take a WR. I would like to take Ben Jones with our pick. He's one of the last players available who can be a day one starter for us, and he would greatly improve our line play. What do you guys think?
EDIT: We are on the clock!!! _________________
