I am stealing this from the NFL Draft page, so we can discuss t in depth. Feel free to post answers there if you like.

-Have they shown a tendency to draft or stay away from UNDERCLASSMAN?
-Do their draft picks have a lot of production in college?
-How highly is character valued when they draft?
-Have they favored Senior Bowl guys?
-Have they shown a tendency to draft from a specific school, region or conference?
-Is there a position they favor early? Is there a position they stay away from early?
-Is there anyone in particular they've tipped their hat on early or late for the 2012 draft?
-Do they always address a unit in the draft?
-Have they shown a tendency to draft from a specific school, region or conference?
-Do they draft the guys they bring in on official visits (like the Cowboys and Bears) or do they bluff as much as possible leading up to the draft?
-Overall, how predictable are they?
-Any other information you can share?

I would say Pioli likes drafting cb/secondary players every draft. High character players/team captains. And LSU dlineman. Im guessing 1st round will be DT michael brockers. Im no quasimoto but I have a hunch.
And he always ends up with additional 2nd and/or 3rd rd picks. |

Pioli doesn't seem to care. As long as a player is the highest rated on his board he could care less if he's a junior or a Senior.
-Do their draft picks have a lot of production in college?
I'd say yes, although outside of the first two rounds it doesn't seem to matter.
-How highly is character valued when they draft?
It's highly valued especially team captains, but if 2011 is any indication then if he's the highest rated player on Pioli's board he'll be drafted bad character or not.
-Have they favored Senior Bowl guys?
Not that I'm aware of.
-Have they shown a tendency to draft from a specific school, region or conference?
Major Conferences seem to be about as specific as it can get. Particularly SEC.
-Is there a position they favor early? Is there a position they stay away from early?
Linemen seems to be favored in the first few rounds.
-Is there anyone in particular they've tipped their hat on early or late for the 2012 draft?
Nope.
-Do they always address a unit in the draft?
DB & TE seems to be the trend, Pioli has said he'd like to get to a point where they can draft QB every year.
-Do they draft the guys they bring in on official visits (like the Cowboys and Bears) or do they bluff as much as possible leading up to the draft?
A little of both I would imagine, Pioli does his due diligence so you can't really tell.
-Overall, how predictable are they?
Not at all, nobody expected Baldwin or Tyson.
-Any other information you can share?
Pioli is a wizard.
