I suppose I could have included that I've been lurking here for several months at least...since about right after last year's draft. A relative of mine introduced me to this site through that one guy's post quantifying combine performances for rush linebackers and projecting their NFL impact, which also introduced me to who Gabe Miller is.

Gameday food: whatever my girlfriend makes me.

Gameday drink: water, don't drink alcohol any more!

How many games you've attended at Arrowhead: Big fat 0 sadly

Quick background on how I became a chiefs fan. Started watching football basically the game Tom Brady took over. Became a pats fan for how their team was structured/presented themselves. Being announced at the Super Bowl as a team etc. My father got sick and passed away a couple years after that. I became quite bitter and angry obviously and decided that the Pats had gone from a team mentality to a superstar mentality. (mocking TO in the Super Bowl comes to mind). Kinda gave up on all sports for years after that since it was the thing my dad and I did together. Years later after I had worked through the loss of my father and began the healing process I got back into sports/football. Watched a few games, wanted a bad team that I could grow with and develop a bond while they improved and grew. That's was about the time Pioli was hired. I thought he would try and build a "team" in a similar fashion to those early Tom Brady lead Pats. Looks like I picked the right team because I am attached as hell now to the Chiefs and were vastly improved and can compete for a division crown!

EB29, good to see us getting some love outside of the centralized midwest area. I think you are at least our 2nd Canadian, as MikeK163 is a regular poster around here.

I also think you'll find this one of the best places to discuss the finer details of our favorite team. We've got lots of guys with some great knowledge and experience, best in the web IMO.
