For the Chargers

1.Gaither-26 years old and has potential to be a top 5 LT.

2.Hardwick-Good player, not great. But giving how we have no one behind him, he has to come back

3. Jackson-More of a luxury then a need, but IMO still a top ten WR.

- Chris Myers
- Mike Brisiel
- Arian Foster
- Neil Rackers

I'd also like to see us hang onto Quentin Demps, Jason Allen, and Joel Dreesen.

My hope is that they're all willing to play for a combined amount of less than $1M.

Stephen Tulloch is the only must re-sign imo.

Avril is good but I feel like Lawrence Jackson and Willie Young can give the same production at a much lower price.

FS Dwight Lowery is basically a must.

DE Jeremy Mincey would be really nice, but he may ask for too much. Plus, we'll be targeting DE in free agency. I'd consider him as "it'd be very good to re-sign" though.

CB Rashean Mathis probably will be for somewhat cheap cuz of the torn ACL, but it isn't dire if we don't re-sign him.

Kicker Josh Scobee will probably be franchise tagged, though we would like to re-sign him.

Those are probably the big 4 UFAs we have to try to retain.

- Stevie Johnson (we already need a #2 WR, can't lose our #1 as well)
- Scott Chandler (we have needed a TE for a long time and we finally found one that is a huge threat in the redzone)
- Kirk Morrison (we are switching to a 4-3 front and need all the LBers we can get)
- Demetrius Bell (our Oline was great last year and want to keep them together)

- Dashon Goldson: Enforcer & Playmaker in the secondary. Deserves to be paid, no one on the roster can take his place.

- Carlos Rogers: Pro-Bowl year, shut down corner. Again, deserves to be paid.

- Ahmad Brooks: Stud outside linebacker. Most 49er fans disagree, but he had a big season and is talented as hell. Don't want Parys Haralson starting again.

Evan Mathis is the only "Most" sign, but Derek Landri proved last year he's an excellent rotation guy, D-jax is a huge playmaker, but the WR class/FA is probably the combined best ever. King Dunlap is a good backup swing tackle. Antonio Dixon is a RFA, and was good in '10 in a 2-gap system, but wasn't very good in the wide-9 last year, but due to potential a nice guy to bring back for depth.

Rest can go CFL or UFL.

Chris Myers - The anchor of the best OL in football, Myers is the cog that makes the run game go. Doesn't matter if it's Ben Tate or Arian Foster, neither guy gets yards without Myers,

Arian Foster - We hold the cards with him, but it behooves us to negotiate long term with the guy. If he has a 3rd season where he's playing for a deal and goes nuts, he can then turn that three year run into an AP/CJ-esque deal. Lock him up now, before he does it again.

Ray Rice - Pretty obvious. When he gets carries, we win; when he doesn't, we lose.

Ben Grubbs - Solid G and in the event that Birk retires, we can't afford to replace 2 positions on the offensive line.

Lardarius Webb - A young and upcoming corner in this league. Soon to be one of the premier corners.

Joe Flacco - Franchise QB.
