T-Rich not participating in combine. Has minor knee surgery. Not expected to be ready till late March. How far you guys think he drops ? if he has a slow forty I can see him dropping into the late teens Jets, Bengals, maybe patriots

I'm not saying they take him but they do take BPA regardless of position. But I'm looking more at the Jets and bengals. Id hate to play him twice a year.

That does scare me, also if they were to pick up wallece.... Shocked would be an insane O.

His not participating could hurt a little, but he still has his game film to turn back to, his biggest threat will be if his medical doesn't come back clean.

Rumors from his trainer is he will be in the 4.5 - 4.55 range if not faster. Says he is expected to weigh in at 217/220 which is 10 pounds lighter then his in season weight, Hes been training since a week after his bowl game. All the negatives said about him, probably gave him a drive to prove all the haters wrong.

What else can you say....

Two sites reporting that Mike Adams talked with the Browns and Redskins about moving to RT.

He won't be available at pick 22, however.

Yes he will. There's 4-5 OL rated higher in the draft. I'd be stunned if 6 of the top 21 picks are oline.

Kalil
Reiff
Decastro
Glenn
Martin, IMO

Honestly, i see him being picked by Pitt right after us, they always grab the buckeyes it seems like.

Kalil, DeCastro, Reiff, Adams, Glenn, Martin.

Adams like won't make it past Arizona at 13. If he really gets through the likes of San Diego, Chicago, New York (Jets), as well as the Bills, Chiefs, and Cards... I'll be quite surprised.

Not to mention, Martin will slide because his upside isn't as high as Reiff/Adams, and he's an adequate pass protector at best.

You'll see. Very Happy

Believe me i hope your right, because that means...

1. We won't waste a first rounder on a bust of a RT

and

2. If that many OLineman go before 22, then we will definitely get a good skill player... Flyod, Wright, Jenkins, Richardson with his injury?

I just read a tweet saying the Browns have met with Riley Reiff of Iowa and Mike Adams of OSU

The thing to remember is that these teams are going to meet with as many players, especially top players, as they can.

They're going to meet with players that they don't even truly need.

That's the fun of the combine. Very Happy

Case in point: Browns met/are meeting with Michael Brockers, LSU DT.

I met with Holmy yesterday about the position of Executive Vice President of Alcohol testing at the Stadium.

McShay is reporting that the position of President in that department has been officially offered to Horny.

I will say this, his play on the field did not warrant Mike Adams going in the first round.

Well, he surely didn't live up to expectations.

But it's also hard to fully assess an NFL left tackle when he is protecting scramblers in the pocket with happy feet.

That being said, I think he showed plenty of flashes of first round talent, and solidified himself as a Top 15 pick at the Senior Bowl with his play and great length/strength.
