Not bad... Would have made some different picks in most situations, but I don't think I could be upset with that.

Thank goodness your not the GM. Dont like the Blackmon pick or the David Wilson pick. Blackmon isnt worth a number 4 and David Wilson is a late 2nd rounder at best. Give me RG3 and maybe its decent.

You may be one of 5 people on this site that think Blackmon is not worth a top 5 pick.

If we can't get Luck or RGIII, who do you want. No trades either, who ya got.

Rather have Claiborne no doubt than Blackmon, even rather have TRich by a little. Blackmon would be nice is we were drafting number 9 or 10 but not 4.

Is there a clear choice if RG3 is gone? Blackmon wouldn't be bad. Still I think a lot of people are hoping that the Browns take a DE somewhere in the first.

Its great to see when another forum member can post without the discussion becoming confrontational... until the regular season that is Wink

I'm curious as to why you think either of those players are better than Blackmon. While i like TRich alot, i would argue that his Oline was probably the best in the nation, which helps.

Claiborne was on a top 3 D in the nation, i believe that his front 7 pressures made his job easier. I'm not saying Blackmon is an elite prospect... he is not. He's not in the same class as Green or Johnson or AJ Etc.... But he is quick, strong, great after the run, has excellent hands and would instantly make a D coordinator worry. Not to mention that he is the best at his position which is the position we are weakest at.

Just my .02

Why?

Do people not realize this kid is nowhere near as good as past CBs?

No he may not be the Haden or Peterson like years past but Blackmon isnt the Julio, AJ green, Calvin, or even Crabtree prospect either. Im not saying I think Blackmon is bad, cause hes not, just rather select Claiborne or TRich.

2 Stephon Gilmore - CB - South Carolina
3 Doug Martin - RB - Boise State
4 Levy Adcock - OT - Oklahoma State

6 Markus Zusevics - OT - Iowa
6 Hebron Fangupo - DT/NT - BYU

You can't be serious! Blackmon was projected just as high as Green last year and higher than Julio. IMO he is the best to come out since Calvin. He will be an amazing pro receiver and would be head and shoulders above any WR we have on our team. The same can not be said about Claiborne, he would not be an upgrade over Haden and not worth the 4th pick if Blackmon is there.

Shocked

Are....you....serious? Outside of Calvin and maybe...just maybe...Green...Blackmon is better than Julio and Crabtree when just doing comparison without Blackmon having played a snap in the NFL yet. Blackmon wont be the fastest person on the field...but he will be a threat that will punish teams unless he is properly covered...but even then the guy can make plays...he has great hands, can get separation and can rack up YAC which is perfect for the WCO...

As stated before...Clairborne might be the best CB prospect in this year's draft, but, he isn't as good as some of the other Corners that have come out recently...and as much as I love TRich...if we fail to get him, there are other RBs that are just below his level that could still excel in our offense.
