good afternoon to you.
Apparently Peyton Manning has been in discussions with Larry Fitzgerald. Not sure how those discussions are going, but as the Assistant GM of the Pittsburgh Steelers, one might be inclined to believe that Manning's interest might increase if a 2nd WR, say for example, Steelers RFA Mike Wallace were to become a member of the Cardinals.
As Assistant GM of the Steelers, I would be glad to look at any potential offers the Cardinals might make. If you'd like to join the feeding frenzy over Mr. Wallace, please PM me and the Steelers' GM jebrick.
thanks, and good luck this season. _________________

Just a heads-up, the Chargers have placed OT Marcus McNeill on the block and are only seeking modest compensation in return if he goes to an NFC team.
Feel free to stop by our War Room or PM our General Manager, JammerHammer21, if you have any interest. _________________

Really? You trade away the only capable FS on the team for $5M in cap space. That makes zero sense. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

We have Richard Marshall resigned and will move him to FS. I know you would rather have Marshall at CB #2 but we have a lot of young CBs. Plus Marshall did pretty good out there at FS. _________________ Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.

You a guy who has played very limited snaps at FS in his career as in less than 150 and move him to FS? Smart Move.
Also the cap savings on Bradley is only $2M. He has 4 years left on his contract with $1M of signing bonus each left. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

Yeah I moved a younger and more than capable person to FS. Kerry Rhodes is an attitude problem and is at the point in his career where he will become ineffective.
According to the spread sheet the cap savings on him was 5 million. 5 million base and 1 million bonus _________________

1 - Rhodes has been nothing but a connsumate professional in his time here and has been nothing but an asset to this defense. In a time where talent at S is at an all time low you trade away one of the most talented in the league. For a 4th round pick. And then reaplce him with a guy who has never started a game at the position in his career. Also I had no idea that safeties who have been elite during their career began to become ineffective at 29/30.
2 - 1M against this cap year. But if you cut him the rest of the signnig bonus accelerates onto the cap. He has another three years on his contract after this one. That 3M ends up on the 2012 cap as dead money.
6M hit, 4M dead money = 2M savings. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's
