What is FFMD? Check this out: http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=477708

Positions

-Assistant GM: 2nd in line to the GM and assists the GM in all areas. He will explore trade options around the league and all trade offers are directed through him to then announce in the war room for discussion. If the GM is unavailable the Assistant GM is able to make draft picks and post UFA bids. Only the GM and Assistant GM have this ability. Becomes the active GM in the absence of the nominated GM.
-Head Coach: Has a key part in all decisions, but his focus is mainly on the team itself, rather than looking for trade options, etc… The draft board and player targets should be of importance to him as adding players he views as a fit for his system is critical.
-Capologist: This person is in charge of maintaining and keeping tabs of the salary information of the team. At all times the team must maintain a budget in regards to the annual revenue the team brings in. The responsibility for correct figures will lie in his hands and an excel spreadsheet for constant updating is usually helpful. A 53 man roster must be maintained as well.
-Director of College Scouting: Helps decide needs and works with the national scouts to develop a big board for the draft.
-President of Player Personnel: Is responsible for developing a free agency target list. Projecting trades with other teams and reviewing players on all levels both college and pro.
-Director of Media Relations: Will report to the writers with feedback and information relative to the news of what is happening with the organization.
-National Scout: Will evaluate draftable players. This can be position specific or not. RB scout will look into RB’s, LB scout will look into potential LB’s to add to the team.

HERE IS WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

Top 3 Positions Desired? Edit: Please put them in order of preference or specify if you don't prefer one over the other(s).
FFMD Experience?
How often do you drink skim milk?
Additional comments and concerns?

Check out this thread: http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=477708

That goes for everyone, but when I put up the war room, that link will be available in the OP for future reference.

I'm not exactly sure how much help I'd be Sad

The meds im currently taking make me tired and a little loopy.

1. Director of College Scouting
2. Positional Scout, whatever position is fine
3. The guy that brings donuts to the staff meetings.

Seriously, if all the positions get filled and im left without a job, it is 100% okay with me, no BS about it. I still wanna participate in free agency and the draft votes

I'm going to be doing college stuff, so I don't want to be the head of any one area.

However, I'd like to work under the main person for:
President of Player Personnel

And play a role in that. I'd prefer not to be the top guy, but if it's necessary so long as I get some help, I'm okay with it.

Otherwise, throw me anywhere that as to do with personnel decisions (positional scout).

Third option? The guy who pretends that he is a part, but really does nothing.

FFMD Experience? 2 years, positional scouting.
How often do you drink skim milk? Never
Additional comments and concerns? Why is AF the GM?

Just out of curiosity, how time consuming is FFMD? I've always been interested, but I have never really looked in to it much because it seems to involve some of the more active/involved forum members.

As time-consuming as you want it to be. It all depends on how much effort you put forth.

Join the staff. There's no downside of doing so.

jrry, tell the Rams I'll trade iPwn and a 2013 3rd for you. I mainly just wanna get rid of iPwn after his comment. Wink
